Shipping Policy

At Girih, every order is made to order and printed with care.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with local fulfilment in Australia and international fulfilment via our global print partners.

Australian orders

Australian orders are fulfilled locally by our Melbourne-based print partner. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

International orders

International orders are fulfilled in Australia and then shipped globally. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and local postal service in addition to the production times stated below. 

Production time

Because every item is made to order, please allow 5 - 10 business days for production before dispatch. This is separate from the delivery times listed above. Please refer to each individual product page for estimate production times. 

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price of every product. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it on its way.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Girih has no control over these fees and cannot refund them.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the timeframes listed above, occasional delays can happen due to postal service issues, weather, holidays, or high demand periods (such as Ramadan and Eid). We appreciate your patience and will always help track down your order if needed.
